2.4 Self-Exclusion List. You agree to notify 5jli immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. 5jli shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.4 Account Currency. The default account currency on 5jli is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions, balances, withdrawals, and bonus values are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 5jli accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the 5jli deposit page and are subject to update.
4.2 Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 5jli wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
4.3 Player Funds. 5jli holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. Your deposited balance at 5jli is ring-fenced for your exclusive use and withdrawal.

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 5jli account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. Withdrawal processing times are targets and not guaranteed minimums; delays may occur during periods of high volume or where verification requirements are outstanding.
5.3 Verification Requirement. 5jli may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals above a stated threshold. Documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 5jli reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
5.4 Wagering of Bonuses. Bonus funds credited to your 5jli account must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
5.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at 5jli is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a 5jli account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements at 5jli count bets on eligible games only — games excluded from wagering contribution are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited. 5jli will not reinstate expired bonus balances.
6.4 Abuse. 5jli reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers is identified. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or irregular betting patterns that indicate exploitation of 5jli's promotional terms rather than genuine play.
6.5 Welcome Bonus. New 5jli accounts are eligible for the current welcome bonus on their first deposit. Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 5jli may vary or withdraw the welcome offer at any time without prior notice.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, or frame any part of the 5jli Platform. Unauthorised use of 5jli's intellectual property may result in legal action.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5jli's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5jli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 5jli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — regardless of whether 5jli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 5jli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 5jli makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform beyond those required by applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
11.4 5jli is not liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, power outages, acts of God, or regulatory action.
12.1 5jli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) your account poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; (c) you are no longer eligible to hold an account (including by reason of age or self-exclusion); or (d) continued account operation would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.
12.2 Upon termination, 5jli will return the balance of any verified funds in your account to your registered payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to 5jli. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
12.3 You may close your 5jli account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any balance meeting withdrawal eligibility criteria will be returned to your registered payment method.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 5jli Platform, you agree to first contact 5jli support to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes are resolved within five (5) business days through 5jli's internal complaints process.
13.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may raise the matter through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or consumer protection channels. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
14.1 5jli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
14.2 Your continued use of the 5jli Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify 5jli of your intent to close your account prior to the effective date.
